Our approach

Preliminary analysis and needs study

The process steps MORC2 adopts for the design and implementation of conveyor systems begin with a meeting and detailed data collection. In this first phase, the MORC2 team focuses on an in-depth dialogue with the client, aimed at understanding the operational flows, the specifications of the materials to be transported, and the characteristics of the installation environment. This phase allows the identification from the beginning of any challenges or special needs that might affect the project and to study a plan of action.

Then follows the analysis and evaluation phase, in which the information gathered is translated into technical and design requirements. At this stage, MORC2 evaluates the best technical solutions to optimize the efficiency of the conveyor system and its integration with existing infrastructure. This step ensures that every aspect of the project is aligned with the client’s production needs.

Design: where we make a difference

MORC2’s design service is the company’s strength and differentiates its offerings through its ability to devise highly customized solutions.

The engineering department is equipped with the latest 3D design technology, and is able to design and implement a wide variety of solutions for plant engineering and automation.

From idea to industrial automation plant

In MORC2’s production area, projects created by the company’s in-house technical studio take shape.

Careful selection of components and a large warehouse stocked in Kanban logic ensure efficiency, speed of execution and quality of final product.

The workspaces, built around the needs of the company, are suitable for the pre-fitting and testing of solutions, even large ones.

Installation and testing

MORC2’s offerings are complemented by installation, testing and after-sales services. To ensure the maximum efficiency and quality of its products, MORC2 directly takes care of the installation and testing of the manufactured motion solutions, intervening at the customer’s production site.
